Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms
By accessing or using ValaxScrub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
3. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Your account is tied to your Discord identity — keep your Discord account secure. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to protect, distribute, or monetize scripts that violate Roblox's Terms of Service, applicable laws, or our Acceptable Use Policy. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, tamper with, or abuse the Service's validation infrastructure. You agree not to resell access to the Service or impersonate ValaxScrub staff.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of the scripts you upload. By uploading a script, you grant us a limited licence to store and serve it for the purpose of providing the Service. We claim no ownership over your content. ValaxScrub and its design, code, and branding are our intellectual property.
6. Payments and refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. All payments are processed via our payment provider. We do not store payment card details. Refunds are offered at our discretion within 7 days of a charge for first-time subscribers who have not used advanced features. If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in any calendar month, you may request a prorated credit for that month.
7. Service availability
We aim to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance. We reserve the right to suspend the Service temporarily for security or operational reasons without notice.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy. You may cancel your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your scripts and keys will be deactivated and your data will be scheduled for deletion per our Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales unless prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
