Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do with ValaxScrub. Violations may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

Permitted uses

✓Protecting original Lua/Roblox scripts that you own or have rights to distribute.

✓Selling or licensing access to your own original scripts via license keys.

✓Integrating the ValaxScrub API into your own tools or Discord bots for managing your keys.

✓Using the analytics dashboard to monitor execution of your scripts.

✓Building internal tools for your development studio that call the API.

Prohibited uses

✗Using the Service to protect, monetize, or distribute scripts that you do not have rights to, including leaked, stolen, or reverse-engineered scripts.

✗Protecting scripts designed to harm, exploit, or deceive Roblox players (e.g. backdoors, keyloggers, admin exploits, account-theft tools).

✗Deliberately generating excessive API requests to degrade service for other users.

✗Attempting to reverse-engineer, crack, bypass, or probe the validation infrastructure.

✗Creating accounts to circumvent a suspension or ban.

✗Reselling or sublicensing access to the Service itself (not your scripts) to third parties.

✗Impersonating ValaxScrub staff or misrepresenting your affiliation with ValaxScrub in any public communication.

✗Using the Service in any way that violates Roblox's Terms of Service, applicable export-control laws, or the laws of your jurisdiction.

Script content guidelines

We do not pre-screen the scripts you upload. You are solely responsible for ensuring the scripts you protect comply with this AUP, our Terms of Service, Roblox's Terms of Service, and applicable laws. We may remove any script and suspend any account upon receipt of a credible report of violation. If you believe a script protected by our Service violates your rights, please contact us at abuse@valaxscrub.com with details.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in a warning, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination depending on the severity. In cases of illegal activity we may report information to relevant authorities. Decisions are made at our sole discretion and are final, except where prohibited by applicable law.

Reporting violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, please report it to abuse@valaxscrub.com. Include as much detail as possible — script names, usernames, and a description of the violation. We review all reports within 5 business days.
